We know this and have chosen to offer music not only as an expression of worship but as an instrument God can use to draw people to Himself. Our goal is to get as close to what people listen to every day so that when they come there’s an instant connection.
If you’re familiar with these terms, our musical style as “blended" leaning more to the "contemporary." That means you may hear a hymn or two but generally the music is a collection of modern praise and worship songs from contemporary Christian artist such as Chris Tomlin, Paul Baloche, Darlene Zschech, Matt Redman and Darrell Evans. Our musical worship is led by Pastor Andy Berryhill who is both gifted and trained as a vocalist, guitarist, songwriter and worship leader. Along side him is a dedicated praise team of vocals, guitars, piano, drums and mandolin. We are currently praying for a bass player. The praise team believes worship is something that should be entered into as well as enjoyed so their emphasis is on participation rather than performance.
Our future desire is to transition into the use of a projector system as well as tap into the talent of our musicians to start a coffee house type ministry where people can share their love for God and their passion for musical worship and praise.
