_Pastor Andy’s preaching style is best summed up in his own words.   “I have been described as animated (whatever that means) energetic, passionate, Biblical (that’s a good one) entertaining and moving.   I typically use a wireless microphone system because I’m not a pulpit hugger.  I like engaging people in preaching and feel that if all they leave with is a sermon… I haven’t done a very good job.

I enjoy what I do and people tell me it can be seen and heard in my preaching.  Not to diminish the power of the Word to touch lives but church can be boring.  Whereas the Message and the need for salvation and nurturing never changes, our visual society mandates that we be aware of our methods of proclaiming the Gospel.  Content must join context and communication skills in a way that makes sense and moves the “seeker” closer to finding God and the “saint” closer to becoming more like Him.

My ultimate calling is to unite the need(s) of people with the power of the WORD.  God will do the rest."
